This tool is accessible via Main Menu > Transform > Distribute Objects. It enables the precise adjustment of spacing between multiple embroidery objects.
Object distribution refers to arranging three or more objects so that the spacing between them is even. Unlike alignment, which is about positioning objects along the same line, distribution is concerned with maintaining consistent gaps or distances between the objects.
The distribution functions require the selection of three or more objects within the Work Area or the Object Inspector.
Three vertical controls distribute objects along the Y-axis so that the tops, centers, or bottoms of the objects are spaced equally within the boundaries of the selection.
Three horizontal controls distribute objects along the X-axis so that the left sides, centers, or right sides of the objects are spaced equally within the selection.
The final two controls distribute objects both vertically and horizontally to ensure equal negative space (gaps) between the objects.
An instant preview of the distribution results is displayed in the Layout panel and within the Work Area.
Three objects are selected in the Work Area for processing.

The objects from the example above are now spaced equally based on their geometric centers.
