This tutorial explains how to install an Embird plug-in (e.g., Alphabet plug-in or Studio plug-in). It is assumed that the user is logged into Windows as an Administrator and all other settings are left at their default values, including the User Account Control (UAC) setting. Also, it is assumed that the user has already installed the main Embird program, as shown in the tutorial Installing Embird in Windows 10, 8, and 7.
Note: Before you start installing Embird and/or its plug-ins, please determine the type of your Windows as shown in the tutorial Installing Embird, steps 9 and 10. It is either a 32-bit or 64-bit version. Download the appropriate installation file for the main Embird program and optional plug-ins from https://www.embird.net/sw/embird/newdown.htm.
1 - Run the downloaded installation file for the Embird plug-in. The User Account Control mechanism will warn you that this program will make changes to your computer (Picture No. 1). Click the "Yes" button.
