I bought the upgrade from 20/21 to 22. The buy was oke paying was easy with creditcard. I uses the digitise almost every day, yesterday the program crashed and i could do notting anymore. The outline was changed to a little picture in the left corner it was not possible to change the pattern any way not bigger or smaller notting. I could not delete it or change it. I deleted the whole program and installed again, it work fine for now and i hope that the problem is over now. I had no trouble before the upgrade, i was so dissapointed in the program and i uses it sins 2010. I say to all my embroider friends to buy the program, now i think its a mistake

I upgraded from 2021 to 2022 but because of Christmas have not had much time to use it yet but have been happy with this program for years, which is why I keep upgrading.

Thank you. Yes I am getting used to the Embird upgrade and as I get more familiar with it I enjoy it more. At first it was a bit slow to respond, especially from Manager to Editor. I do also have a new PC laptop so that is also something I have to get used to. I will keep in touch . Sincerely

The upgrade does work better with my PES files. I wish I could use BX files in Embird, though.

Never a problem with updates. I am not computer savy, but had no problem installing these updates. Only problem I have is eliminating stuff I don't need or use which slows down the system. Aloha,

I like my Embird bundle, but I would be more satisfied if you would send me step by step instructions on digitizing. I have tried You Tube, but I need a printed copy. Thanks

no Iam not happy. i downloaded the upgrade it worked for a short period and then I lost all the file patterns in editor and I loved it. please help me get it working. I redownloaded it and installed but it still doesn't work. Iam so upset. please fix this for me.

It was effortless for me. Even losing my internet connection did not cause me any problems thanks to your retry efforts and me finally realizing why the problem was on my end. Great product from a real team.

I really don't use Embird very much, but am very happy with it for what I use it for. If I've ever needed assistance, I would just e-mail and I would get it. Now that I'm retired, hopefully I will learn how to do more with it.

I love Embird...I haven't done the latest update because I know there are a few bugs, like not being able to use the delete button on the computer. In general your product has served me very well over the last 10 years and I recommend it to all that ask me how I do my embroidery, lettering and digitizing. SOOOO Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I still cannot get into my updated 2022 Embird, It asks for a pin, or does not recognize that I have paid for the upgrade. Very frustrating and cannot download anything new.

I have not used Embird very much but it appears to be working properly.

Thank you very much, sorry I am late in replying to you but had some problems with my computer and had to have the hard drive replaced. I did forget to tell the person to save my Embird that I had already loaded and now would like to know if it is OK to download it again. The instructions you sent were easy to follow and had no problems . Thanks Again and you did just fine and your reply was quick .

Hi, I do have feedback to give. I honestly was disappointed upgrading the 2018 to the 2021. I don't see much of anything new that is practical to me. When I read what the upgrades were, it seemed to be mostly fixing bugs, which I wouldn't think we should have to pay for. It doesn't help me at all when you add new machines or formats. I know it helps some people, but honestly I couldn't find one thing new that I will use. I don't use cloud, or anything like that. I just use simple things. I was hoping that there would be something new with the digitizing, or the sfumato, but I didn't see anything that I could tell was much different. All the other upgrades usually had something new to play with. I could be missing something, but I just like simple things easy to do. But you still have the most affordable program that I've seen. Thank you for for asking.

I have used your EmBird software since I began to machine embroider. It is an essential tool that everyone should have. It is easy to use. If I have a question, you can answer it for me. Upgrading is simple. Directions for easy re-install after a computer crash is easy as well. I cannot recommend your product, EmBird and the add ons, enough. Thank you,
