Lettering Mode: Editing Baseline Nodes in Embird Studio NEXT
Lettering Mode - Main Menu - Nodes
The commands in this menu are specifically enabled while editing a text baseline. These tools allow you to manipulate the path upon which your embroidery lettering is placed.
Insert Node
Adds a new anchor point to the baseline, allowing for more complex path shaping.
Delete Node
Removes the selected anchor point from the baseline.
To Curve
Converts a straight line segment into a curved segment using control handles for precise shaping.
To Line
Converts a curved segment into a straight line between two nodes.
Smooth
Automatically adjusts the node handles to create a fluid, natural transition between segments.
Close Baseline
Connects the start and end nodes of the path to create a continuous loop, such as a circle or oval.
