Rotate Mode (Editor)

Click on this button to enter Rotate Mode. Then click onWorking Areaand drag mouse (with left mouse button depressed) to rotate selected Objects. At least one Object must be selected if you want to enter this mode, otherwise there is nothing to be rotated.
